Before you choose a plan.
Does Aschhigo work with our existing GPS or telematics devices?
Yes. Riders can use the Aschhigo rider app, which provides location during active shifts, or location can be brought in from GPS and telematics hardware you already run. Device integration is part of the Fleet plan and available for selected devices on Growth. Tell us what you use during the demo and we will confirm compatibility.
How does it connect to our order system?
Orders are sent to Aschhigo through a REST API or webhooks from your storefront, POS or order management system. Assignment results and live ETAs can be sent back the same way, so your customer app shows the updated time.
How is pricing calculated?
Plans are a flat monthly price: Starter is $99, Growth is $149 and Fleet is $199 per month. Pick the plan that matches your fleet size and the features you need, and move up as you grow.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can move up a plan as your fleet grows. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle, and your configuration and historical data carry over.
What is the cancellation policy?
Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel before the next cycle begins and the service stays active until the end of the period already paid. Your delivery data remains exportable during that time.
Is this a courier marketplace?
No. Aschhigo dispatches only your own riders. It never sends your orders to outside couriers and never offers your riders to other businesses.
