1. The Service
The Service is a single-fleet dispatch tool. It assigns orders to riders in your own fleet, predicts and updates delivery ETAs, reroutes deliveries when conditions change, and reports on delivery performance.
The Service is not a courier marketplace. It does not provide riders, does not send your orders to third-party couriers and does not offer your riders to other businesses.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate sign-up details and use a work email you control.
- Login credentials are sent to that email. Keep them confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
- You are responsible for the users you invite and the roles and hub access you assign them.
3. Your data
You own the order, rider and delivery data you put into the Service. You grant us permission to process it only to provide, secure and support the Service for you.
You can export your data at any time. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share rider and end-customer data with us, including informing riders that their location is used during active shifts for dispatch and ETA purposes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use rider location for purposes other than dispatch, ETA prediction, rerouting and delivery reporting.
- Track riders outside their active shifts through the Service.
- Attempt to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or bypass its security.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without a written agreement.
5. ETAs and routes
ETAs and routes are predictions based on the conditions available at the time and are updated as those conditions change. They are provided to help plan and communicate deliveries, not as a guarantee of arrival time. Riders remain responsible for safe driving and for following traffic laws, whatever route is suggested.
6. Plans and billing
Plans and their monthly prices are listed on the Pricing page. Fees are billed monthly in advance.
You can move to a higher plan at any time. Plan changes take effect from the next billing cycle unless agreed otherwise.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel before the next billing cycle begins. The Service stays active until the end of the period already paid, and your data remains exportable during that time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or leaves fees unpaid after notice.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and to give notice of planned maintenance. We may improve or change features over time. If a change materially reduces the Service you have paid for, we will tell you in advance.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties beyond those stated in these terms, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Questions
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form.
