About Aschhigo

A delivery promise should survive the first traffic light.

Why we started

The number was right. For about a minute.

Every delivery starts with a promise: a time, shown to a customer, usually calculated once at the moment the order is placed. Then the rider leaves, and the road starts making its own decisions. A junction backs up. A street closes. An earlier drop runs long. The promise stays on the screen, unchanged, getting less true by the minute.

Meanwhile, the dispatch desk is doing its best with phone calls and a list of names. Orders go to whoever looks free, not whoever is best placed. When something goes wrong, the first person to find out is often the customer.

Aschhigo exists to close that gap. We build dispatch for businesses that run their own riders: assignment that weighs position, load and route together, ETAs that recalculate for the whole trip, and rerouting that happens before the rider reaches the problem. The goal is simple to state. The time a customer sees should still be true when they check it.

Principles

What we build around.

01

An ETA should stay honest.

A delivery time is a promise, so we treat it like one. It is recalculated for the whole trip and changed openly the moment the road changes, instead of drifting quietly out of date.

02

Reroute automatically, never leave a customer guessing.

When a road is blocked, the fix should not wait for a phone call. The engine chooses the next best path, updates the time and tells everyone who needs to know, in the same moment.

03

Your fleet, your data.

We dispatch your riders and only your riders. Your order history, rider data and reports belong to you, are exportable at any time and are never used to serve anyone else.

Next on the board

Your fleet is the next dispatch.

Connect your riders and order feed, and every delivery promise you make starts correcting itself the moment the road changes.
